Chief Executive Officer
Eron is an internationally recognized information technology (IT) executive and entrepreneur involved in converged technology solutions. He is known as a strong leader who meets and exceeds employee, client, and company expectations while increasing profitability and reducing costs. In his role as Chief Executive Officer at SemanticGuard, he leverages his significant strategic C-level experience to drive the company’s business operations, revenue, and earnings growth. Eron has a dynamic background in scaling several IT/cybersecurity organizations globally, steering enterprise-wide sales transformation, operational improvement, and growth by leveraging industry best practices. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of P&L, M&A, PE/VC, sales, revenue enhancement, personnel management, and demonstrated success in leading high-performing resources in marketing, operations, field technical support strategy, change management, and channel partnerships for both large and startup organizations. Eron is a United States Air Force Veteran and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communication degree from Loyola University.

Chief Financial Officer
Ramona is a proven leader in performance management, financial reporting, audit, compliance, planning, treasury, and capital structure. She applies her extensive knowledge, 25-year background, and her skills in investor relations and in board communications in her role as CFO at SemanticGuard. She continuously researches new tax laws and strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize the bottom line through the implementation of proprietary tax strategies. Much of Ramona’s notable background has centered on product innovation and the evolution of existing products with the goals of strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding growth in adjacent and emerging markets. She has defined business strategy and plans, overseen roadmaps and go-to-market programs for services/products and solutions, and guided life cycle management efforts. Previously, she prepared tax returns for a portfolio of 5000+ individuals, corporations, and small businesses. Ramona has earned a Master of Science in Information, Management, and Communication.
Chief Revenue Officer
Cherie leads sales, marketing, channel partners, and customer success, leveraging her extensive experience driving profitable growth for global enterprises, startups, and early-stage companies. She is a passionate performance-driven leader with proven experience building and motivating organizations to generate impactful results. Previously, Caldwell was Cisco’s Global Director of Ecosystem Partner Experience & Acceleration Team. She led the partner GTM strategy for Cisco’s $5B Collaboration platform business development and acceleration for Cisco ecosystem technology partners (Developers, ISVs, Providers, and Global SIs) to build business outcome/use case solutions on Cisco technologies. While at Cisco, she improved the partner journey and experience with digital innovation and simplified engagement. Caldwell holds a BA in Psychology from UCF and an MA in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
Senior Vice President of Engineering
Arun has more than 20 years of experience in the design, architecture, and development of software solutions for multiple industries including cybersecurity, healthcare, and automotive/manufacturing. Eight of those years were devoted to developing cybersecurity products for large-scale, high-volume, distributed on-premises, hybrid, and SaaS environments. Arun applies this experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Engineering for SemanticGuard, where he manages all phases of engineering development for the GUARDx Platform. Previously, Arun was Vice President of Engineering at CyberForza and developed telepresence and physical security products as a Principal Engineer at Cisco. He received the innovation award as an architect in Nokia’s Professional Services group and worked at Denso Wireless automotive safe application solutions. Arun earned an Executive Cybersecurity certificate from California State University, Chico and serves as a cybersecurity advisor there. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Chief Product Officer
Serial entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 25 years experience across multiple industries. John is the former Executive Director of the Center for Information Management and Cybersecurity at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) and a former Senior Vice President (SVP) of Trustwave Holdings, a cybersecurity company acquired for $850M. John holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communications and Design from The Johns Hopkins University.
Dr. Vincent Harrand
Executive Vice President of R&D
Leader of multiple technology commercialization efforts and R&D transitioning to DoD, NASA, other US Government agencies. Vincent has held responsibilities for overseeing an intellectual property and patent portfolio of 55+ patents. Vincent holds degrees in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam and University of Alabama-Huntsville.
Todd “Heat” Seger
Aerospace - Subject Matter Expert (SME/Jet)
Todd brings a wealth of aviation knowledge and experience to bear as a top-tier business advisor and subject matter expert for SemanticGuard cyber integration, training, strategy development, and team building. His background in aviation is particularly relevant in this consultant role. As President and CEO of Seger Aviation, LLC, Todd leads an elite team of military aerospace experts focused on secure cockpit design, engineering support, integration, training, and testing. He specializes in the integration, design, and testing of high-performance aircraft mission systems which includes AI, autonomous applications, and the cyber protection of those systems. Todd is an Aeronautical Engineering graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and went on to serve 25+ years as an officer and F-16 fighter pilot before retiring as a Commander. He holds an FAA Certificate as a Commercial (CV) F-16 Instructor Pilot and earned a master’s degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Jared "Odie” Herbert
Aerospace - Subject Matter Expert (SME/Rotor)
Mr. Herbert has extensive experience as a formally trained Weapons Officer and is a recognized CSAR and SOF expert. He has numerous deployments conducting operations in the Philippines, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and the African theater performing a wide variety of combat rescue, close air support, and assault missions; he is credited with several hundred combat saves and assists. He has led a $122B portfolio on Air Staff and has commanded at the Squadron, Group, and Task Force level.
